Marihuana (1936)

aka Marihuana, Weed with Roots in Hell

How bad is it? It's the second worst anti-marijuana film.
Should you see it? It makes a good companion to "Reefer Madness."

One of a dozen exploitation films Dwain Esper directed in 1936, this one shows the perils of smoking marijuana. Schoolgirls get taken to the beachfront, where one toke sends them into endless giggles and a few more causes some to take their clothes off (brief unappealing nudity is the one thing Reefer Madness lacks). Then comes addiction, alcoholism, heroin usage, drowning, kidnapping, pregnancy and death... the usual.
