Should you see it? Yes. It's silly fun.
Tommy Kirk sort of reprises his role from "Pajama Party" as an alien in search of a mate. This was written, directed and produced by Larry Buchanan, so you know it's going to be cheap. There's a lot of stock footage and dubbed sound. The aliens look like they're wearing radios over their ears. Yvonne Craig plays a go-go dancer that Kirk's after.
