Should you see it? No. For Wings Hauser completists only.
Carpenter executed in the electric chair comes back to kill with the tools of the trade. It's not as good/bad as "Toolbox Murders" which is similar in a way. It has a typical Wings Hauser crazy act, which is neither his best nor worst.
I wouldn't have reviewed this at all, except I just deleted three films and felt I had to start somewhere.
